X-men: days of future past

Posted on: June 7, 2014

Very accidentally watched this in the theatre. Went to lunch with a friend. He overheard my conversation with two other friends stopping by and invited me to movies afterwards. He wanted to watch the remastered Godzilla but in the last minute I twisted his arm to watch X-men. Sorry about this. He said he barely understood what was going on after the movie 😀

It is a mixed feeling after watching it. I am a loyal X-men movie goer. I think I watched the entire franchise in the theatre? Or most of them. So on the one hand I am glad that all the past have been changed, all those heartbreaking plot twists are gone now. On the other hand, it is such a void feeling that all those emotional investment, from me, while watching those movies, doesn’t mean anything now. Oh well. What can you say? Wait until the next one!
