kimchi豆腐煲

根据这个maangchi的recipe做的。很好吃。尤其是第一次的时候,简直就是韩国饭馆里的味道。后面几次做的仍然好吃,但是吃起来有chinese的味道:)

今年夏天加洲特别冷,所以这热腾腾的豆腐煲我都是六七八月份做的。泡菜就是上次去japantown剪头发的路上的韩国超市买的,又好吃又便宜。加洲的kimchi卖得特别贵。以前我们新泽西的泡菜一大罐才五块钱。这里一小罐五块。韩国超市里面有卖现做的,半棵就十二块钱。我想自己做好几年了。看今年最后能不能实现吧。
