自制Sangria

用这个方子做的。还不错。我觉得下次我就不放那个brandy了。放了brandy不知道是比较重的缘故,瓶子下半部分就要更strong一些。另外我是对了大半瓶的雪碧。很好喝的说。本来我还想从人家带回来,剩下的自己喝掉吗。结果人家不让我带,说他们要喝。最近给自己再做一顿!

还有你以前说过的水果酒,就是把水果直接扔酒里吗?用什么水果什么酒比较好呢?要不要特殊处理呢?俺一到冬天就强烈需要点小酒来活血,喝二锅头似乎太荤了一点!

方子的连接在里面。我觉得大家好像都是用stone fruits在泡酒。就是有核儿的水果吧?今年我泡了青梅酒。你不提我还没想起来。labor day就三个月了可以喝了啊:)

对了简单说一下吧 水果不需要特殊处理 我看有的人说连洗都不要洗 我还是洗了洗 不过把水擦干了 然后就放酒 brandy或者vodka居多 今年我泡的青梅酒用的是日本烧酒 (好像也比较便宜些 跟同体积的洋酒比)一般没必要放好酒 我看大家都是说用cheapest vodka you could find就可以 然后要放点糖 比例看方子吧 strawberry-infused vodka也很好喝 而且好像比stone fruits泡的要快 好像几个星期就可以了 在我的印象中
