Chicken with Fennel, Dried Chili

方子是从My Favorite Ingredients上面来的。这本书现在is easily my favorite cookbook! 和所有我热爱的cookbook一样,通常都是还没看完已经开始照着做了。这个也不例外。还做了几道别的菜,但是还不够presentable。所以这一道先露面了。其实也不大好拍。今年以来我尝试了很多新鲜的鸡的recipe,such as teriyaki chicken, butter chicken, mediterranean chicken, chicken tikka marsala等等世界各地的方法。都很好吃,btw,greatly expanded the variety of chickens we eat at home。但是问题是每一样都有很不同的风味,但是它们照出来都差不多,完全不能体现味道。这个也不例外。这是我第一次拿fennel做菜,做出来自己爱吃。诀窍是少放点儿:)
