洋韭菜土豆汤

leek变成了我们家的新宠。这个汤巨好吃啊。很可能是唯一一个不要用高汤的蔬菜汤。因为味道很鲜用水最好了。用高汤有可能会把leek的味道遮掉。照片呢,象所有的汤一样,很难照出一张好看的看了让人觉得想吃的照片。所以我干脆照原料了。

这个汤煮得要久一点。大约四十五分钟的样子。
