海带拌豆腐

某天晚上突发奇想把海带丝和豆腐拌到了一起, 并且借鉴以前做过的一个Ricotta cheese拌豆腐, 把家里的Cottage cheese也扔了进去, 最后是个特别好吃的菜! 口感味道都非常丰富,我很得意:)

Cottage cheese以前没看上过, 是这次去Mexico的时候基本上每次进个比较Mexican的饭馆都有的,都和水果在一起。所以吃了起来。回来也开始买,尤其是和黄肉木瓜在一起吃,实在太好吃了!它和Ricotta其实有异曲同工的地方,口味差不多,都比较淡,但是Cottage要甜/咸一点。然后texture的区别最大,Ricotta软,Cottage硬,适合搭配不同texture的食材。不过我发现两个拌豆腐都很好吃。
