年初的时候工作很忙,但是在看到了一个发面饼的方子之后还是马上就在周末尝试了一下。方子是前前同事(也是前同事)的妈妈写的,所以后来我们还就一些细节进行了热烈的讨论。总的来说是很成功的,我唯一作错的地方是人家是烙三张饼的,但是我不知道怎么读的,虽然看见说要把面团切成三块,但是还是就烙了一张。所以成品相当的大,相当的厚,中间有点湿,我觉得人家方子还是很正确的,是我自己执行上面的问题。

另外没有用湿酵母,就用的是fast action dry yeast, 袋装的。很高兴做了一次还算成功的发面饼。我很爱吃饼的,可惜却总也做不好。有个方子至少有个开始的地方,希望能多做,早日成为面食高手。不然非常爱吃的东西做不出来太痛苦了。
