自制apricot-infused vodka

夏天的时候我看的几个favorite food blog都在做各种各样的alcohol, 人家都是因为家里有果树,或者果园,所以水果大丰收,得想出使用的方法来。但是我看得心也痒痒的,本来想从同事家里弄点apricot来,但是问得晚了,一个月前还在兜售apricot的同事说季节已经过去了。我一不做二不休,从超市买了杏子回来,做了一小瓶test run, 打算根据味道如何再决定以后是否要批量生产。

recipe是这个。 很容易。但是要等三个月。我用了大概四分之一加仑的一个从daiso买回来的小瓶子,大概用了半瓶vodka, 和一盒apricot。之后就是漫长的等待了。recipe上要每天翻动瓶子,我也没有实现,就想起来了就翻一下。后来封口质量不够好,翻回来的时候会漏酒,再后来我就连翻都没有了。在后来就是搬家了。为了确保我的test run能够顺利的reach three months’ mark,我特意自己把瓶子带了过来,hoho。照片是泡了大概一个月的样子。

三个月的时候,倒出了大概半杯的样子吧。但是味道还不错,反正我很喜欢。至少明年夏天要赶上fruits season, 多生产一些出来。我看大家用桃子的用桃子,用梅子的用梅子,用草莓的也有,看起来都很不错,都可以试试。
