凉拌珊瑚藻

做这个的起因是一次我们去Gochi吃饭,它的一个salad特别好吃,尤其是里面有种血红的藻类植物,脆脆的很好吃。我说我知道这个是什么应该是珊瑚藻,我也知道哪里有卖的。买了泡了才发现还不是。很类似,但是颜色不对,味道也有点偏重,就是海里的东西的味道比较重。那个血红色的味道就很清新。看来还要继续寻觅。可怜这个珊瑚藻我买了一整包的说。
