腊肉蒸山药

这个是夏天回国的时候临走去飞机场的时候,哥说有个饺子馆儿不错,我们全家一起去吃了一顿。有地八鲜水八鲜等新主意,但是最好吃的是那个辣椒馅儿的。 当时这是一道配菜,几乎抢了饺子的风头,当时我就惦记着回家做,直到九月份才有了时间。腊肉是店里买的,不够理想,太咸了。我试图自己做腊肉,但是只是把肉搞得臭烘烘的,不确定还能不能吃了,只好扔了。但是自制腊肉要好吃多了,明年我要重新尝试!
