照片暂时上不了。wordpress的缺点就是太慢。现在这个image uploader也怪怪的。

第一次做居然很成功。我特意从daiso买了一个小小的方型小平地锅。便宜的很,但是也比较薄,construction有些flimsy。但是偶尔用用,煎一下蛋皮,做一下tomagoyaki还是很好用的。和我一向的general tools的原则有点背道而驰 😛 希望不是a start of a huge collection of very specifically purposed kitchen tools。

所以呢我的蛋皮就是方形的。没关系,一样包,一样下到锅里去煮。煮好捞上来再剪啦。哈哈。同学们,所以剪子是厨房的必要工具:D

馅儿拌的是鸡肉和胡萝卜。不是特别喜欢,实际上。鸡肉馅儿感觉比较干,比较柴,和猪肉或者羊肉比起来。胡萝卜或者其他蔬菜其实是想加点moisture的吗。但是会优点偏甜。南方同学们可能更习惯些。

陪菜典型的应该是菠菜。但是我没有。从冰箱里拣了些swiss chard出来扔到了汤里,看起来蛮漂亮的。照片儿的contrast没有现实中那么大有点儿看不出来。Chard这样东西吃炒的有点咽不下去。但是熬在汤里还是可以接受的。

总之一句话居然很成功:)
