木瓜椰奶

这个是跟单位食堂学来的。好好吃。木瓜和椰奶是绝配!

做起来很简单。撒上brown sugar, 300F或者350F烤十到十五分钟就行了。温度低一点儿就是红糖化了。温度高一点儿会caramelized。 各有各的风格。serving 也是hot or cold都行。都挺好吃的。

椰奶是哪儿买的?我一般不太爱吃叶子味儿的东西,但是这个看着很好吃很补的样子😀 而且感觉小南瓜也可以来这么一下子。

i used the canned coconut juice.
you can also buy fresh coconuts and use the juice.

when using smaller squashes, make sure you cook the squashes first. otherwise make sure the coconut juice can sustain 45 minutes of baking. it is worth a try i think. at least for acorn squash, which has a similar taste and texture (when fully cooked) to papaya.
