焦溜丸子

其实丸子平时不知道要做多少次,总之是饭桌上的常客。但是it is surprisingly hard to get a nice photo of meatballs. 要不然煎的时候煎过了(照片里面后面的几个丸子还看得出来炸焦了:)。 要不然没时间不是用手揉过的,所以通常不是圆的。要不然大小不一。要不然炸得跟三棱锥似的。要不然没干面包渣儿,texture看起来就没这么顺溜。 总之很难做到这一顿的丸子还挺完美的,可以来张照片儿的地步。
