Sea Bass Steak

我们买了一大块的sea bass steak, 足足有车轮子那么大。所以周末的时候经常煎着吃,捎带脚儿的,我的煎steak的水平大涨。现在根本不会糊了,两面儿都是很好看的纹路,特别有卖相。有人夸我比饭馆儿的还好吃:) 这张照片太昏暗了,那个晶莹剔透的劲头儿没有足够的冲击力。赶明儿我得白天煎白天照。所以说做饭不是最难的,照张好照片儿可难多了。

btw, 今年还没有到二月底,已经上了八张饭菜的照片儿了。平了去年全年的数字。看来今年这个new year resolution是要提前完成了:)
