萝卜牛腩汤

每次去岭南小馆,萝卜牛腩汤是我的必点。当年第一次去的时候,就是被他们这道菜dazzled,之后每次都没有失望过。十二月的时候去,发现他们不用牛腩了,改成了brisket。我回家如法炮制,也改买brisket。煮的时间比flank要省了很多。大概三个小时就差不多了。flank得需要五六个小时才能煮到我能吃的地步。我不爱嚼东西的说。
