腊鸭汤

原来有一个insert into post的button被我忽略了。擦汗啊。怎么能这么难用呢。

这个也是年初的时候做的了。怎么一年这么快就过去了呢。方子是从yl那里学来的。谢谢~

腊鸭就是那个展开好像一张framed specimen的鸭子。很好吃。还有很多吃法。比方说炒荷兰豆啊什么的。这个汤做火锅底也很好吃。不过我觉得有点浪费。因为单喝就非常鲜美,不舍得再拿东西进去涮了。

笋也是春天的鲜笋。第一次的汤会有点咸,因为鸭子毕竟是preserved. 所以不要放盐。第二次加过水之后就非常好喝了。
