奶酪拌豆腐

方子是从Harumi’s Japanese Home Cooking上面来的。Ricotta cheese吃起来和豆腐非常非常像。我看平时可以代替豆腐的说。书上的sauce不够tasty. 应该自己improvise. 不过话又说回来了,自己搞出来的多半是更chinese tasting, 不能叫japanese了。

这两样(拌豆腐,鸡蛋卷)都是八月初的一个周末做的。那时候好像是还没有开始晚上干活儿的说。最后的轻松,呜呜。后来就累死了。
