这个不是新菜。是非常非常旧的菜。但是第一次照到比较好看的片子啦。
菜谱很简单,就是一份酒,两份糖,三份醋,四份酱油,五份水。所以才叫这个名字了。还有人叫这个菜步步高。其实我做的时候都是随便烂放佐料的,反正是这五样东西哈。
