锅塌豆腐

很久以前在topaz同学家里吃过她婆婆做的锅塌豆腐, 一直记着哈. 这几天想起来, 决定周末试一次. 很好吃 看 起来像买的油豆腐哈, 但是真的是我自己炸的, 而且炸的还不错哈 😉 这次是先在豆腐上面抹了淀粉, 然后沾打好的鸡蛋. 但是沾的时候觉得不太挂得住, 吃的时候觉得外面一层和豆腐是分开的. 所以下次应该试试把淀粉放在鸡蛋液里面, 看看是不是效果好一些.

做完家里特别的香. 究其原因, 是先用葱姜蒜和大料炝了锅. 而且吃起来和闻起来一样香, 嘻嘻. 这个挺难得的. 不是跟洋葱似的, 炒的时候要多香有多香, 吃起来什么味儿都没有, 呼呼.

另外发现其实, 如果不浇汁儿的话, 豆腐放盐腌的时候多一点儿, 然后蘸糖醋汁儿, 就是上次吃的潮州小吃炸豆腐了吗.

对了, 从其它菜谱的照片上看, 豆腐应该切成长方形的块. 但是我因为第一次炸, 怕切太大了容易散, 所以切的更类似立方体. 下次可以改改哈.
