生鱼米饭

说学就学, 趁采购的时候买了sashimi quality tuna, 晚饭就来一个书上的生鱼米饭! 照片儿是在基本上完全按照书上的菜谱来的时候照的. 但是吃起来没味道!

改进如下: 葱姜九层塔通通加倍. 然后上了一点儿芥末和酱油的调料. 终于能吃光啦 不过味道离好吃还有一定距离 所以同志们千万不要以为好看的东西就一定好吃啊

下次: 坚决不能放三文鱼卵啦. 太腥了. 鸡蛋也可以弄个荷包蛋吗. 都是生的, 我还真有点儿接受不了. 还有最好还是不要做tuna啦, 本来我就不大感冒, 还是离得远点儿吧
