最近两个馆子

一个是周末在sacramento吃的金龙. 川菜馆子. 很好吃. 老板, 老板娘, waiter统统都是四川人. 点豆瓣鱼一类的全鱼菜要提前一两天预约, 老板说要到比较远的地方去买活鱼. 所以我们就没吃到. 点了常见的那些川菜. 夫妻肺片儿, 水煮鱼之类的. 味道都很不错, 叫老板做的不要那么辣的, 但是对于我来说还是很辣, 很过瘾. 水煮鱼用的是龙利. 还挺嫩的, 就是有点儿土腥味儿, 可能不是活的. 觉得比小四川强十倍. 比洛杉矶的佳味也好吃. 很值得一去.

另一个是礼拜一和单位同事一起去吃的three seasons, comtemporary vianemese cuisine. 挺好的. 有一个spider roll, 实在太太太太好吃了. 另外点的两种roll, 都非常普通. 他们那个roll menu有十几种, 真想一个一个吃过来 主菜呢, 自己点的是roast dungeness crab. 放了葱和butter, 觉得没有chinese way of steaming好吃. 但是螃蟹很新鲜, 质量比chinese restaurant要强多了. 另外同事点了两个豆腐菜, crispy toufu and spicy toufu (?), 都非常普通. 另有同事点了prix fix menu. sea bass啊, fried banana with coconut icecream啊, 看起来吃起来都是很普通的东西, 总之这次的prix fix menu不值得点. 一个人大概四十块钱的样子. 馆子气氛不错, 还有帅哥waiter, 很值得再去.
